Who this is

This website is run by Aaryan, trading as life simplified., a coaching practice. Aaryan is the person responsible for the information described below.

What information is collected

Information is only collected when you choose to provide it, through one of two forms on this site:

The contact form: your name, email address, the message you write, and which coaching option (if any) you select.
The email signup ("Stay connected"): your email address only.

This site does not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or advertising trackers, and does not collect information passively just from you browsing the pages.

How this information is used

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work together, to provide coaching services. Information submitted through the email signup is used to occasionally send the reflections, resources, or updates described on that form. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where this information goes

Form submissions are sent directly by email to Aaryan and are not stored in a separate database on this website. Your message becomes part of Aaryan's normal email records, kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or, if you become a client, for as long as needed for coaching records.

External services used on this site

A couple of outside services are used to help this site function, and each has its own privacy practices:

Google Fonts: this site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Calendly: "Book a free discovery call" links open Calendly's own booking page in a new tab. Any information you enter there is handled under Calendly's own policy, not this one. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.

Your rights

You can ask, at any time, to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To do so, or to unsubscribe from email updates, just email Aaryan directly using the details below.
